Windows Vistaで以下のようなエラーが表示され、起動しない現象が起きました。

or software change might be the cause.To fix the problem:

1.Insert your windws installation disc and restart your computer.
2.choose your language settings,and then click`next`.
3.click`repair`your computer.`
If you do not have this disc,contact your system administrator
or computer manufacturer for assistance.

これは起動する為に必要なシステムファイルが見つからなかったり、破損している場合に表示されたりします。Windows 7でも同じです。そんなわけで、「スタートアップ修復」でWindowsを修復し、無事起動出来る様になりました。
